Les postures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ma porte d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et par le biais de vid\u00e9os en ligne, j&rsquo;ai vite compris que le yoga \u00e9tait loin de n&rsquo;\u00eatre que du mouvement. Rapidement j&rsquo;ai eu envie de lire ce que sa philosophie avait \u00e0 m&rsquo;apporter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au travers des cours que je propose, je souhaite amener plus de mobilit\u00e9 dans le corps par les alignements dans les postures et par le challenge qu\u2019elles cr\u00e9ent. Quel que soit votre parcours, votre souplesse ou vos raideurs, le yoga s\u2019adaptera \u00e0 vous, avec vos forces et vos faiblesses, comme il s&rsquo;est adapt\u00e9 pour moi. Mais aussi aller vers une approche plus globale, afin de canaliser le mental et ouvrir de nouvelles portes aux pratiquants, pour un quotidien plus l\u00e9ger et agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
